"Get a social group" that isn't easy, Ive tried. In highschool i was in 2 friends groups w about 7 people each. None of them invited me to do stuff. I talked to alot of other people aswell and also nothing came out of it. I went to college for 4 months and i basically got picked on. I quit that shit and will do another study in college next semester. I had a ex girl that finally gave me the love i needed and honestly deserved and yet she turned lesbian on me. Dont even get me started about primary school. I have almost 0 postive experiences when it comes to social interactions so dont tell me the "Just get a social group it isn't hard theory".

The rest of your reply is just you feeling sorry for yourself.


There are books from scientists in the top of their field giving you decades worth of research on how to communicate with people condensed in a few hundred pages on sale for $15 dollars.

There are YouTubers that make videos approaching people and you see them in real time fight their fears and give you advice.

There are hundreds of self-improvement YouTubers that give free motivation and you can brain wash yourself with growth mindset, competitiveness, student mindset, ect.


I understand you've had a rough start to life so far and that may be an understatement but the truth is NOBODY GIVES A FUCK. The people that read this thread don't care, nobody that walks past you cares.

The only person that is going to change your life is YOU. You should be grateful to be born in the era of technology, you have SO MANY resources at your disposal it's not even funny. You could join a community of people working on themselves, trying DAILY to improve their social skills RIGHT NOW. Instead of rotting here....


So you can scoff at the advice of "Get a social group" but no matter how blunt and simplified the advice is, it's the only way.
It's hard, it's uncomfortable but at the end of the day it's the only way to get what you want.

The earlier you start the better. The more you live like this the more it gets cemented in your identity, the harder it becomes to break.
