Current weight, 130lbs/59kg

Have not tested 1rm, these are just the weights I used for 5 rep sets

Bench - 105lbs/48kg x 5 reps
Deadlift - 135lbs/61kg x 5 reps
Shoulder press - 65lbs/30kg x 5 reps
Squat - 65lbs/30kg x 5 reps

Yes, my squat is that weak, I included the shoulder press for comparison. It's weaker than it was when I was 14, something's not right...
All lifts besides squat have been going up steadily (yes, I was even weaker a little while ago).

I got back to the gym about 2 months ago, have been off and on about it for years.
Wtf, why haven't you trained consistently, what was your highest weight

I'm at my highest weight right now, I've always been skinny as hell. Then there's the ulcerative colitis that hit me, causing me to shit about 20 times a day and weigh 45kg-50kg... but now that is in remission, so I can gain a bit of weight again.

I started with my dad/uncles garage gym when I was 14, but I ate a solid 1000 calories a day and trained like shit. Then we had to move and got rid of the equipment after only a few months of me using it.

My dad started taking me to the gym a bit ago, but he didn't stick with that for long.

Now my sister is driving me to the gym, not sure how long that will last, but hopefully I'll have a license soon

I'm hardly training for hypertrophy, and I'm just following your standard beginner routines which typically consist of 5-10 rep sets

I cant argue for what works when I weigh 130lbs

Squat is shit, the rest are fine for that weight. You weight like a toddler.

10-12 for warmup 6-8 for hypertrophy, anything below 6 for strength.
