i eat fruit, mostly oranges and berries. i did my blood tests recently and have enough vitamin d in my system to survive the whole winter without exiting my room so ill be alright on that front lol. i couldnt find any royal jelly when i last looked for it but maybe i didnt look enough. ill try to find some. i have plenty collagen in my diet ill be aight. i dont do no carbs but most of my carbs if not all on some days come from fruits. obviously i have carbs at school due to me not having access to lots of other food except for cooked meat and baked potatoes from a shop nearby which is what i eat most of the time anyways. i think ill be alright with my current diet, i eat plenty of red meats and allat. thanks a ton for your advice btw. <3
