Not looking for pity here, just stating facts: I’m about to be homeless. No, this isn’t a joke or exaggeration. I’ve thought about making a video about all this, especially since it’d reach a wider audience, but I haven’t shared much of this with anyone yet.

To put it bluntly, the fallout from two relationships, especially one individual who went out of their way to target me (some of you were even targetted yourselves by her and her goons), caused years of damage I’m still trying to fix. The blackmail, manipulation, and stolen money created a ripple effect, and now here I am. If it weren’t for all that, I’d still be stable like I was a few years ago, able to support my family including my sick mom and our pets who are also about to be homeless. And yeah, my own health is starting to crack under the pressure, but a doctor isn’t exactly in the budget right now.

For some context: my family’s been stuck with a shady landlord for years. Things came to a head recently with a legal battle that dragged on for almost the entire year. In that time, we lived with health and safety hazards: cold water, potential mold buildup, and who knows what else. The landlord ignored everything. Then they pulled some sneaky legal maneuvering. They set up a court case behind our backs in October but only delivered the summons in November, effectively robbing my parents of their right to fight it. The court defaulted in the landlord’s favor, and now we’ve got an eviction notice as of Friday.

They timed it perfectly to screw us over too. The 5-day contest period was cut to 1-3 days because of the weekend. Unless we get an extension, we’ll be out on Wednesday.

We’re already in financial ruin, and now we’re on the brink of losing everything. I’m trying to sell what I can, but time is running out. If anyone’s willing to help whether that’s financial support, advice, or just pointing me toward resources I’d appreciate it.

How many of you remember Hoodsite? The website glorified the death of anyone, including US soldiers, government contractors, and even infants. It was a sad place indeed. I tried to uplift spirits inside that dark online slumber, but the uploaders, more or less Mr. Hoodsite were too obsessed with the imagery and kept them coming. He failed to anticipate reaction. Pissing a common person off, not much they can do about it. But pissing a shady feller off with privilege, ugh... tsk tsk tsk. What could possibly go wrong there?

Here’s the latest update, for those following the situation. It’s a mixed bag of good and bad news.

My parents made it to court yesterday (November 27th), but they couldn’t afford a lawyer, which didn’t help. To make things even more ridiculous, the landlord’s lawyer didn’t show up in person either they had to call him in by phone at the last minute.

The only silver lining is that my parents explained to the judge that we were never notified about the trial that kickstarted the eviction process. The judge actually pulled up the records on the spot and confirmed we weren’t notified. Because of that, we’ve been granted an extra week to stay. It’s not much, but it’s something.

Now, we’re scrambling to get a lawyer and use that official proof to fight back. The problem? We’re flat broke, and affording legal help might be impossible. If no further extensions come through, we’re looking at eviction by next Wednesday.

For now, we’ve managed to move a lot of our valuables into a storage unit, so at least they can’t be seized when we’re forced out. But it’s still nowhere near enough, and there’s a lot left to deal with. Honestly, I’m struggling without my PC call it first-world problems, but I feel completely out of sorts.

If anyone can offer advice, resources, or support of any kind, it’s still hugely appreciated. Maybe we’ll get a miracle.
