Im about to quit xanax after YEARS of abuse, it is safe? im afraid of seizures

i took more than 20mg per day on 2020 for abuse, now this year i tapered it out with an psychiatrist and finally taking 1mg 4 times a day now i take 0,25 only at nigh since a month ago.

i read about it on other reddits and a girl that took 2-4 mg daily left it and ppl on reddit said about seizures and seizure risk and i got scared af and im going to taper it out tomorrow after a month taking 0,25 and feeling no withdrawal after tapering out 0,50.

can i get seizures or it is safe? my psychiatrist wanted me to cold turkey from 0,50 but i tapered it out quickly to 0,25.

can i seizure? i already suffered withdrawal when tapered from bigger doses but now no when tapered from 0,50.

it is safe?

I did quit some benzos and nothing happened to me, if you're really scared of seizures the only way to do this is on a hospital setting but I don't think it's needed

Ive quitted klonopin and subutex cold turkey but I dont know how you would respond if you do this

So just taper off slowly its the safest way
