im acne prone and want to cut milk.. is oat/almond milk a good alternative?

i just dont want to be a fkn soy boy and cuck myself..
what are peoples experiences? i like the taste, im thinking more about minimizing my acne

edit:
im still going to consume meat so maybe its not that bad if i drink soy milk

you need to find the cause of your acne. If it's hormonal it's pretty over, if it's diet based you probably have irritation and cutting milk might help. Just experiment

bad reactions to milk usually stem from bacterial overgrowth or an allergy to the added vitamins

yeah bro idk its probably both

Like im obviously allergic to certain foods. if i cut out sugar+dairy (chocolate etc) i dont break out as much. so im guessing milk doesn't help either and makes me break out

I dont really give a fuck about cutting it out and its probably beneficial to my skin to do so, it mainly just has protein/calcium right? i can get that elsewhere

There’s no need to “replace” milk. Try cutting it out and see how your skin responds. Idk about oat milk but I’m pretty sure almond milk lacks the fat and protein of milk so it’s basically almond flavored sugar water.

i use it for oats/coffee (and some other meals) - you can get unsweetened versions.
