You can and should shower but agianst it depends on your activity level and how much you sweat, i don't recommend using any bodywashes or any garbage you can buy from the supermarket full of endocrine disrupting chemicals, also don't use mainstream shampoo either. Use finesse/etc brand with few natural ingredients and only use it 2-3x a week max, i use shampoo once a week and it helps. You can use water daily though. If you sweat a lot daily etc then you can rinse your body with water. Natural ingredient bar soap is okay imo.
Pheromones are ideal when you are healthy, so be fit, eat a good diet and your pheromones will do all the work, you don't need cologne.
