I watched a movie about some guys who sneak into a house after the owners close the garage doors but they sneak into just in time before they close

Ever since then I watch the garage doors close to make sure no one went in

And I feel like someone is watching me cuz my sofa isn’t against a wall I check behind me so many times

I also check the locks before going to sleep

I actually do something just like this too

I picked up this habit when i was a kid. I was so scared of that movie scene with the killer hiding behind the door that i started checking every time i walked into a room.

And even after all these years i still do it without thinking
