I’m actually sick man

But I don’t want to visit a doctor.I get more sick everyday but I take the pain because I deserve it.

You don't deserve any pain but I know how you feel, I never go to the doctor's either. Though I am contemplating going now so I can have some Jew pills to combat insomnia. But then again, they're only temp. and for 2 weeks only so I don't think it's worth it.

I’m physically sick as in I feel like my body is shutting down.My sleep is getting better because I use it to cope away from reality
