Its not really known yet, reason is that compared to the uniform sides of cigarettes, vapes varry greatly between eachother on safety. The more expensive ones without metal coils are the safest and definitely safer then cigarettes.

But snus just mogs for safety and nicotine high. Sweden has the lowest incidence of lung cancer in Europe. Also Snus causing oral cancer is debunked by the fact that Sweden has the same average amount of oral cancer as the rest of Europe.
