You need to anti age like crazy too then so you don’t look too old at 30. Here in the UK I see 25 year olds on the tube look like 45

Only some very exclusive parts of the US have top of the art anti ageing clinics. Places like LA or so. London has some places too in Mayfair.

At the end of the day, if you have money you’ll go to the most clinics
