Since 4th grade there were 2 kids in my class that got me into this. They were showing me porn on their phones and it quickly spread throughout all the boys in class. At the end of 4th grade we went on a school trip for 4 days in a hotel in the mountains. We stayed with 2 or 3 boys in a room. We didnt even have sperm back then. And thats how i got hooked on this shit. Now im 18 and still struggling with this addiction. Most days ive gone without doing it are 10.

Ive been addicted to it for over a year (from 14 to 15), to stop it you need to do a few things. find and eliminate the cause (for example doom scrolling), then you need to understand why it is bad, and tell yourself that you really dont want to do it, me helped understaning that I am slave to porn, and that it controls me, it pissed me off. Also (idk if uo are a beliver), I get to know how bad it is for my spiritual health. Good strategy is doing hard things during the day, so you dont think about gooning. Be disguisted even by thinking about doing it.

Would you do it in a group of friends? probably nah, try being in public, also remember that God and your ancestors can see you from heaven, its kinda awkward to think about it.

You can do dopamine reset if you want to, but it aint necessary.

Also remember that girls can tell if you goon. You just need to understand that you dont want it, and do whetever it takes to get rid of it, pray

Damn i mean yea but the thing is its been soo so so bad. Most of these things dont help anymore i even paid for QUITTR still nothing. Right now im able to limit it to once a day at least sometimes i forget to do it cuz im outside all day hitting gym and swimming so staying busy this is the only thing that helps.
