It was an experiment I began in 2019. I've drunk at least one shake daily. Sometimes, two. I've only got sick one time. And that was because I told my gf I never get sick. Later that night, I got sick. So I don't think I got sick-sick? I believe it was more of, "Know your place, Walking Bag of Water." Ah, yes, that universe I do indeed communicate. I've hacked reality quite a few times. True story.

Conclusion. Protein prevents many illnesses. This is based on a three-year study.

Hmm maybe but I don’t take any sups or protein and I don’t get sick. I think gymceling is honestly good for preventing illness

Absolutely. If overweight folks replace protein with what they eat most, they'll naturally lose weight and prevent illnesses.

Good point. I've also been strength training since 2019. Perhaps, it's that that prevents illnesses.
