im afraid of looking uncanny

currently i am planning on getting surgery bimax for sleep apnea and tmj but also for the aestethic benefit but i am afraid i will end up looking uncanny if i get surgeries like i am also getting infra implants and a cantho plasty idk i dont want to look like a ogree like androgenic or kent they do mog but i dont think they are attractive at all i think for most woman atleast the ones i am going for they would be repulsing

yea id say thats ur main issue so u need surgery for that, other than that fix up ur skin, cut the bum mustache, get a nose surgery and cut ur hair its making ur head look bigger than it needs to be

Uncanniness usually comes from getting surgeries that you don't need or just messing up proportions. For example you have really good zygos, if you, like a dumbass, went a head and got zygo implants then you would look uncanny.

yeah but the thing about zygo implants is i was thinking about it a bit because i have cheekbone asymetry not that noticable in tha tpic but in this one only to correct the asymetry tho

I can't personally tell that there is a zygo asymmetry. Getting zygo implants (which are hard to get right and costly) just for a minor asymmetry fix is not worth it, maybe try some light filler on the asymmetric side first.
