I'm afraid to get wrap-around implants ?

The only reason why i'm afraid to get implants is because of it's long-term side effects

- Will implants cause bone resorption after couple of decades ?
- Are implants even safe health wise, does your body recognizes it as a strange material in your body, causing autoimmune disorders
- What's the difference between silicone and PEEK implants, which ones are more safe

I would get implants straight away but they are not safe in the long term. Atleast when you get osteotomy, your bones and nerves could recover themselves to an extend, but with implants, the older you get the worse it gets

You don't need implants bro ur htn/chadlite already. Why do you want them anyway? the extra 1 mm of facial width? not worth just chewmax & take some mk-677 for a year

Im also against implant , like its really hard to predict result

U need to know ur shit and be careful

Lot of people like Defranq result but i find many of the full jaw implant slightly uncanny

Top surgeon for implant is Dr Augustopary cuz he has blackpill eye

If you don’t need much projection, use filler first
you can always swap them out / just put the implant on top.

Dude just use fillers first, I was also thinking to get implant on my masseter but I went with fillers 1.5 ml each side, totally worth it
