TS PEAK.

When I have enough money to buy more cars like Clav does with his goofy ahh tesla cyber truck; I’m definitely getting the big B over the Rolls Royce.

Rolls Royce are for non-car people who have stupid money to spend but know nothing about cars, just like getting chauffeured around which ofc, there’s nothing wrong in it btw. I’m the dude despite getting rich will still like to drive my own cars and the only driver oriented car they made is the Rolls Royce Spectre which is, well, electric :feelsree:

Look at Bentley, ever since it was acquired by the Volkswagen group (see spoiler for the founder) it’s booming like every other VAG brand there is. They’ve been making the GOAT driving oriented + peak British luxury automobiles. Not as driver oriented as the Aston martins and not as luxurious as the Rolls but a nice sweet spot in between, leaning more towards the former.

the biggest issue for me would be being associated with the people that buy bentleys since theyre usually assholes or generally considered douchebags (same with ferrari, RR etc). aston doesnt suffer from that reputation since its more niche

RR is for luxury, bentley is for classiness, the issue arises when people confuse these terms together

Which..,,exactly is one plus point for me :feelsez:

You see, I had a problem before with being too nice with people. Used to be one people pleaser when I was non-NT (upto some little extent I still am), a black ahh sporty Bentley continental GT revving that engine in front of those same fools again would be a life changing mogging experience :ogre:

We both know (someone) with 2 Aston martins in the garage, tbh it’s a great car but like you’ve said it’s too niche. It’s for driving enthusiasts upgrading from a Mercedes.

Double R is definitely way more classier than a Bentley lol, everyone knows the RR even non car people. If you are talking strictly about class it’s definitely Mercedes at the Lower end to then Aston martins and then an RR. Bentley people aren’t associated much with that.

GT continental
One of the best-looking cars ever built, and since VAG took them over, they have addressed many of their stereotypical English car reliability issues. Even the over-20-year-old first-generation GT still looks stunning.

Compare that to a RR from the same year, which aged like raw milk in comparison.

You can't drive them around in the big European metropolitan cities. A colleague of mine has one and has had his windows smashed 3 times over the last year.

I don't know if they hope to find gold bars in the glove box, but a nicely speced BMW is way more understated and doesn't attract the same unwanted attention from the refugee thugs that roam our streets.
