Literally no one cares when I speak people just stare at me with a weird look on their face. Family treats me like this too. It’s because I’m ugly and live a sad life and people just look at me and wonder why I haven’t hung myself yet. People literally follow me around and invite me to speak but then I speak and they ignore me and give me a dirty look. It’s infuriating honesty and makes me feel so stupid and inferior, which I am.

When you're talking one-on-one or in a group stop talking about yourself and start relating to others.

For example if the topic is sports instead of saying "I played rugby the other day and I was so tired but it was a good game" instead say "I played rugby the other day you guys should join you look fast" or somethn like dat.

This sparks the group's attention because you made a statement about them. People tend to ignore stuff that is not related to them but the brain gets along when someone says something about them because the brain is interpreting it either as a potential threat or valuable information about themselves. The group will most likely accept your topic if the statement is positive which will immediately make you the leader of the group's new topic.

@Turtle alt?

You must be not nice to be around, It can be:: Only interested in yourself, You have low energy, Bodylanguage, No status. or just not fully engaged in the conversation.

Are you a introvert or extrovert? Also try to make just statements instead of questions if you are getting ignored.

Get looks or die being ignored

Ugh. Damn. So like your grandfather would say, "Why haven't you hung yourself yet?" Shit. That's brutal. So when you're out with friends, one perhaps might point to the railing of a bridge and say, "That's your endgame right there buddy. Don't be late." Fuck. I would feel sad for you but that requires emotions that I can't afford to have during my metamorphosis stage.

For a NT person you can come across as maybe dangerous and rude because they do not know you have probably social anxiety. Overall you are just not fun to be around. And why people care? It all reflects back on themselves.

If you are quiet they do not know what you are up to so they most likely want to disarm any threat as possible. Also people are hard-wired to dislike out-of-the ordinary people in the way they empathize a lot less with them. (like racism) I hope for you it only stays by people asking you that question otherwise you are seen as low-status.
