I cant i have psychologicql problems i was always skinny if i lose fat im going to die i have bleeding and others symtoms i detox now i follow aajonus vonderplanitz guide i will reach 100kg and be fat for life but at same time im gonaa build real muscles as strongman only this can changes my genes .I once had girlfriend but i was sick too lean and im not fat i lack muscle hypertrophy i just train a lot of legs thats why i look like that i dont do a lot of front
