Brah how are u gonna change the slope of your maxilla to like what it is in the picture? At minimum you'd need a le fort II, or a le fort III. To get it to line up under your eye the same way as the CGI. Your not doing that shit.

Implants won't solve it either since his face is more projected and your only getting that so much with implants. Not to mention the crazy expense, ect that be.

Same thing with jawline, you'd need a neck lift, thats more realistic but still dont buy its gonna get done.

His lips are totally different, that's not an easy or reliable fix. It may not be possible even if you got surgery for it.

This is cheating a bit because it's not a true side profile, when you rotate slightly towards the camera it gives the illusion of greater facial depth. You can see that the head is slightly rotated because you can ever so slightly see the right eyebrow. Of course this is kind of stupid to argue about because it's not even a real person but you can tell that the AI has some sort of intuition about the different facial planes and knows how to make everything proportionate.
