I do 15 minutes studying, 5 minutes break, and then took a 15 minute break after the fourth session. I did a total of 10 sessions. This was suprisingly effective and tolerable to do. I'm not going to both bother increasing the time or doing more sessions until I can just formulate a much stronger tolerance and habit of doing this.

Were you using caffeine before diagnosis or are you on any prescription meds like addy and ritalin?
what's the most effective OTC/homemade "med" you've made

Interesting. This is a normal technique btw I forgot the name for it but I utilise it myself and it’s one of the few things I can do that helps me work

I don't use any meds. I just use caffeine from Coffee, but I think I've developed a strong tolerance so it isn't as effective as I would like it to be. I know people with similar conditions and bad habits like mine who just hop straight to Modafinil or Ritalian. But, I don't know if that's all that great of an idea, I think it's better you start developing a natural habit and tolerance before trying to jailbreak your body.
