its hard to explain but i was like very anxious with a 160bpm heart rate while laying i was breathing out multiple times at once and hardly zoned out many times but i heard like ringtones, people calling my name and stuff and year everything was moving weirdly like i could see my door but there were also different things idk how to explain it, then i stood up at some time and felt like a 400 pound monster i was heading to my bathroom but my mother saw me so she called the ambulance and yeah they took me to the hospital but the effects lasted like 2 hours total
