i barely talk to anyone at my work, i don't talk to any of the girls there even though they sometimes ask how I'm doing, I simply say "I'm good" and that's it!!! I don't even ask how they're doing or how their day is.... embarrassing...

i am crippled by social anxiety because this behaviour stems from a combination of being bullied at a young age, my parents arguing, and being black pilled when i was 12.

I feel like my mind has thrown in the towel but my spirit hasn't.
