I'm assuming you live in a very low diversity area or you are ethnic yourself.

The only reason I'm racist is because growing up in East Oakland has been literal hell. It's a shithole because of these niggers. You literally cant go to a public restroom without diarrhea being smeared on the walls or homeless men smoking crack in there. You can't leave a car unnatended for 5 minutes without it being broken into (not even exaggerating).

I've been robbed, jumped, etc. for NO REASON.
