I'm Indian American so have visa free travel. I don't have a gameplan tbh, I'm already dating a Russian girl from Ukraine.


It's insanely cheap here, if you have like a decent remote job making $150K a year you're pretty much gucci here and can also retire early since you're saving so much.

Main downside is people in non-EU Europe here are really poor and desperate. Most people in their 20s in Ukraine make like $400 a month.

There is app I downloaded called air alert which tells when there are missile/drone strikes. Initially I always went to air shelter, but sometimes alerts come at like 3am and I'm too lazy to get out of bed and go to airshelter.

Likelihood of getting blown up in Lviv is very low tbh. The power outages and strikes are mostly annoyances as long as you stay in a rich area with lots of generators.

You have to have an actual good job to make that amount in the US. You can't be like a paralegal or an accountant or something and make that.

We are actually viewed quiet negatively, just not nearly as negatively as in the US. Poland has poor curry Bolt driver failo and Ukraine doesn't like curries due to India's relationship with Russia. Your best bet would be Belarus/Russia actually, but going there as an American now would not be smart.

You HAVE to move here and learn the language. If you do 1-2 week long vacations you're 100% not getting anything in Poland and are not going to get anything in Ukraine.
