Im an introvert cause my voice dips .. pls help

I have deep fucking voice but im very susceptible to allergies cough etc most of the time my voice dips and I cant yell loud
Especially if its cold outside

After a good soupy hot chicken meal my voice opens

I need my loud commanding voice back guys help me fight this inflammation pls
