A collective analysis of lifespan-extending compounds in diverse model organisms, and of species whose lifespan can be extended the most by the application of compounds - PubMed
Research on aging and lifespan-extending compounds has been carried out using diverse model organisms, including yeast, worms, flies and mice. Many studies reported the identification of novel lifespan-extending compounds in different species, some of which may have the potential to translate to...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
and there is a lot more logic behind it
i take like 3.5 grams a day right now but that's excessive and shouldn't be done long termhow to use it
anywhere from 300-1000mg is absolutely no problems and can go up to like 2g before you start worrying about liver etci mean how much mg etc
aspirin inhibits the cyclooxygenase enzymes which are enzymes that produce prostaglandins and thromboxanesand can you explain furtherly please saar i want information on this topic
wont it rape your liver if you use it for a few yeari take like 3.5 grams a day right now but that's excessive and shouldn't be done long term

aspirin inhibits the cyclooxygenase enzymes which are enzymes that produce prostaglandins and thromboxanes
prostaglandins are what cause inflammation and everyone knows inflammation is bad
chronic inflammation worsens mitochondrial respiration and increases permeability of cell membrane which speeds aging
it fully inhibits cox1 and depending on dose inhibits cox2, it can turn cox2 into lipoxygenase enzyme to produce lipoxins which are anti-inflammatory
it reduces nitric oxide which is toxic
it promotes oxidative respiration which helps youthful cell function
and lots of other things i cant remember rn
ive heard that aspirin helps insulin sensivity and alli take like 3.5 grams a day right now but that's excessive and shouldn't be done long term

im gona start proteinin minimizng intimaded fasting , omad hevay sunscrean , moistrizer , moistrizing facial cleansing , tret 0,1 creami take like 3.5 grams a day right now but that's excessive and shouldn't be done long term

this is all bad for you i think and unnecessaryhevay sunscrean , moistrizer , moistrizing facial cleansing
im gona start proteinin minimizng intimaded fasting , omad hevay sunscrean , moistrizer , moistrizing facial cleansing , tret 0,1 cream
fully sleep , gonna move to some really cold place with no sunlight hope on aspirin + an antioxidant like vitamin E or C
and no stress obv no chortisol maxxing and collogan maxxing too
https://looksmax.org/threads/redlight-therapy-is-legit.24622/ ::: red light therapy
microneedling(https://looksmax.org/threads/megaguide-the-only-microneedling-guide-you-will-ever-need.1463475/)
and keep spamming collagane maxxing methods im still researching on that
its not quite organized but its cheap for an anti aging protocol any thing im missing?
sunscreen def needed lol but i wont probably use it since im gonna move to some reaaly cold countrythis is all bad for you i think and unnecessary
and microneedling is pretty bad it's just causing a bunch of inflammation, it will age you very easily
the collagen produced is a stress response
rest sounds good
but take normal doses of vitamin e and try not to take too much C, get the C from strawberries or orange juice
vitamin e is very good it's a lot more powerful than just an antioxidant
Does aspirin really make thyroid go brrr? How does it do thattake some aspirin then
aspirin is thermogenic, stimulates mitochondrial respiration glycolysis which are the same things t3 doesDoes aspirin really make thyroid go brrr? How does it do that
Sugar increase thyroid? Should I take aspirin, will it help leanmax or libido via thyroid? And u said "shortly" is it short enough to not cause changeaspirin is thermogenic, stimulates mitochondrial respiration glycolysis which are the same things t3 does
in this study aspirin (shortly) improved t3 levels and increased conversion of t4 to t3![]()
Changes in thyroid hormones by treatment with aspirin and prednisolone in subacute thyroiditis with hyperthyroidism - PubMed
Thyroid functions were studied in 11 patients with subacute thyroiditis accompanied by signs and symptoms of hyperthyroidism, and were compared with 13 patients with untreated thyrotoxicosis in which serum T4 was elevated to the identical level. in the study i attached high doses (~8g) of aspirin restored basal metabolic rate in individuals with hypothyroid syndrome
this is like 5% of aspirins positive health effects
but the effects are a lot better if you aren't a carnivore silly boy
you need sugar even if it's from honey
Sugar is good for general metabolismSugar increase thyroid?
Aspirin is more of a healthmax but when i take high doses it makes me so horny i think because of the vasodilation and anti inflammationShould I take aspirin, will it help leanmax or libido via thyroid?
Most of it's effects on metabolism aren't through affecting thyroid hormone so I wouldn't count on it for affecting metabolismis it short enough to not cause change
