At what rate is it normal to grow at this rate cause I started my growth spurt last year I was 13 my birthday is quite late into the year(September) I was 158cm now I'm 173cm 14 my birthday is in a month and my dad said he only stopped growing like 18 his 175cm my mom is 163cm so is it possible for me to grow to 188cm.

You are tall for your age but you said your dad stopped If I were you I would get your growthplates scanned to see if they're open and if they are this is the only thing that can help;
