Successful update post! I thought I was very subhuman back when I used this forum but turns out I didn't look as bad as I thought I did and I just had to put in very minimal effort. I actually didn't improve my looks at all while using this forum because of 1. wasting too much time on off topic and 2. falling for completely retarded memes like eating raw food. I've had literally perfect health all my life and receive compliments on my body, why tf would I change my diet
. I can't believe I fell for completely retarded meme diets like they actually do anything for people who don't have some hyper specific niche health condition.
So what happened while I was gone?
Anyways, the most underrated advice I have is to care about clothing. Back when I used this forum people never talked about clothing, idk if it's still like that. Now, I HATE adults who dress like slobs. DO NOT WEAR ATHLEISURE SLOP.
ADULTS WHO DRESS LIKE MIDDLE SCHOOLERS NEED TO BE PUBLICLY EXECUTED. YOU SHOULD HATE THEM TOO.
What you should do is put together 1 (yes, just one) mature and simple outfit. Then see how you're treated differently. For example
brown corduroy pants (or brown/taupe chinos) + sweater (grey, oatmeal, taupe, cream etc) + brown loafers, boots etc just no athleisure slop shoes.
Above pic is slightly tryhard because of the collar and belt, just start out with the simpler version with no belt and collar.
A common piece of advice is to pay attention to how people dress in real life, especially people who dress well, but you should pay attention to people who dress like shit so you can feel superior to them and do the opposite of what they're doing.
Do not get fashion advice from tiktok or reddit. Do not care about fashion trends. You should care about clothing, not fashion. If you need a place to ask questions or look at outfits then use 4chan.org/fa/catalog
Also, there is a place for immature clothing like "streetwear" and "goth" and whatever the fuck but stick to normal adult clothes in the beginning and only wear immature clothing in the right place like a concert or something.
