before that i had a good muscle mass , that’s why it was easier to gain 3+ kg cuz my body just was waiting to bounce back ,
but the powerful shit was
Intermittent fasting , and hard workouts , but keeping recovery in check really take rest serious don’t overtrain maximum 45 min gym weights that’s the key
