First time I did it for about 300 days and quit that was book one then I did it for 188 days and quit again that was book 2 and after that I tried for a few 10s of days then quit and after a lot of months I decided it to get back to doing it but this time instead of writing I'm going to voice record my self at the end of each day talking about my day this will be book 3 I hope it becomes interesting and I make progress in it and last longer than the previous two.

Well the main benefits were just mental shit it made me think much better and made me more aware of myself and the way I think also I do it because when I die I want to be remembered I'm going to preserve all these journals and I might upload them when I die
