Been training for almoast 2 years, im still a weak ass nigger
Recently started gh for the hight, it will def lower my bodyfat and make me gain some muscle, ik it wont fix my peoblem of no progress tho
i eat about 2600kcal 140g protein and avout 220g carbs and ofc 50g fat
still i barely make progress and its making me mad asl, im too much of a pussy to hop on test but im getting my testosterone tested next week i hope, maybe a lil trt wouldnt be bad after all, also would help my hgh
