Height and weight? I'm always trying to gain weight not lose it because I like how I look with muscle. Used to be 155 at 6'0" when i was 19 and got up to 185 pounds recently as my best weight, but lost 12 pounds from being fairly sick for 2+ weeks. Think I'm starting to gain again luckily and should regain all the muscle I lost soon

Jfl idk why anyone would purposely wanna be skinny. I've worked since 2022 in the gym to get out of the hell that being skinny is. Bigger muscles but still lean beats being super skinny and lean
