writing down dreams is something every1 should do. i have many dreams a night and remember all of them. it trains memory and thus IQ.

i go to bed at 8 PM but i do stuff to relax and then try to sleep around 9, but i dont always fall asleep easily, sometimes im just too excited to sleep

if i wake up in the night and cant go back to sleep i dont stress, i simple start doing some work like reading or writing and then my mind gets tired, the energy has been released

going to bed early is law, its simply ideal due to natural laws

from a reproductive standpoint, what matters in the end is reproduction. would the HTN win or lose? who knows?
