Regardless you can't deny that someone went out of their way to take a picture of me. I have not gone down that street in over a year now to avoid this. This is gang stalking that I know of for certain. Everything else I suspect is gang stalking but don't have any solid evidence yet. I could try to record the behavior of everything but after seeing these posts they will change their behavior.
