Hi, I've been stealing my neighbors fruit off his tree whenever he gets them for about 9 months now.

He says he knew I've been doing this and has started recording me (AGAINST MY WILL AND WITH NO CONSENT FROM ME) He used to be a lawyer (like 20 years ago, he's like 100 years old) so I'm a little scared. He said because i did it for so long he can take me to a small court? I have no idea what he's saying and think he might be senile. I just want to know if he can do this for real. He would let the fruit drop on the ground and pile up (sometimes 3-4 days without collecting) so I don't understand the issue here. It was causing bats to eat it and shit.
