Well yeah if you're NT enough, I see plenty of MTNs pull. You don't have excessive buccal fat you just have no bones. The reason why every supermodel with a shit ton of bone mass looks like they don't have buccal fat is solely due to them having bones. Getting a buccal fat removal while being boneless will show almost no results
