You have to cycle it, and use very small dosages when starting out, apply it on your chest or forearm, applying it on balls could be dangerous but probably worth a shot. Don’t apply it on shaft.

Maybe try balls but chest and forearms are highly androgen receptor dense areas so dht will function better if you apply it there in theory
