The ordinary serum for lashes and eyebrows, works for some but not everyone, i don't know to be fair.

Castor Oil / Rosemary oil

Mascara

I personally use 4% topical, I wouldn't apply anything to the eyelashes as serums are mostly cope and minox hurts like hell to get in your eyes and is overall not worth it.

you told u have acne so I'm guessing u have unbalanced skin color in the face, I will recommend buying tinted sunscreen spf50+, as it will help u with the color balance and it will make u look like u have less acne, and also u could start tretinoin for acne but its kind of hard to find so an easier product to find is Adapalene 0.1%.

you can look up guides
if you have a good enough barber he will do this to you atleast mine does
there are methods with the coloring strings so you shape them to line up with your other facial structures
but the straighter they are the better
start plucking them and trimming them with an eyebrow razor + comb
an eyebrow slit also does wonders
