yea herman miller is the best chair, my dad's 2004 classic one still holds up. Don't know why all these streamers or youtubers use a gaming chair, when a herman miller mogs.

Most gaming chairs are ridiculous. Basically chairs with "fancy" colors. Some of them are modeled after the sports car's seats. It doesn't make any sense: sports cars have seats to keep you in place when you are going into a corner 100 miles per hour. You won't feel such G forces while sitting on your computer.

Good office chairs are actually made for using computers.

I used to have a gaming chair when I was younger. I guess I thought because it's called a gaming chair it should be good for sitting on the computer. I guess many others think like that. Marketing.

That's what happened to me, I needed a "gaming" chair. The streamers using it would influnce me. That's why they are sponsored, very powerful influence on younger people
