Im 17 and need to make some money for surgery's but they say the best surgeons are abroad

are there any good sergeons in canada ?

and also how do i fucking make enough money ?

my main failos are from the lower jaw

my plan was to live at my moms house for like 1-3 year wage slave and get surgeries then go study i asked my mom when i graduate hs if i could stay she asked why and i told her, suprinsingly she was fine with it

when i went to get my wisdom teeth removed like a month ago she mentioned it to the dude and the guy with a quick glance at my face said i could get it also it maybe covered by insurance

idk if im gonna stop at only djs tho my zygos are projected lateraly but no forward enough i may get a midface mask implant with it

i used too slay back then despite being nd, now i have acne so no puss for me now i guess
