M(16) Before starting I’d like to say i’m not a fucking jew . Btw i have had a girlfriend now for like 2 or 3 months and you know , after a while we started doing silly things with our hands yk . Go to a urologist. I think circumcision should be a last-option kind of decision. I say this as a person who is circumcised himself and thinks circumcised penis look way better than uncircumcised penises. So I am not being biased. Removing your dick skin is quite an extreme step and I think you should weigh all your other options first. Maybe a cream can fix your problem. Therefore, I will tell you again to visit a urologist.
