if you never bulk you can never become framemaxxed. you can't get big if you stay lean forever. i agree that after 3~ years of consistent lifting while leanbulking you can be lean for the rest of your life (11-13% bf). if you're skinny and can't get bigger you need to bulk even if that means you will temporarily lose SMV.
