I’m confused

A lot of people have said I am around HTN but whenever there is off guard photos of me I still look weird especially my side profile. (These were told to me by other .org users and people i know irl who are into this stuff. What should I do to make sure I look good even if I’m caught off guard.

Well my face I feel like my face always shape shifts when I’m in public vs by myself. For example. When I’m in my house my face card looks real good but the second I’m in public especially in crowded areas I feel like my head starts to look bigger and my face looks smaller and my skin just starts to look not clear. Is this a sign of cortisol spilking?
