This fucking soreness won’t let me do anything
Can’t walk or jog anymore

I’ll be skipping legs as I’m cutting and need more cardio than leg training

Or might only do 1 leg session per week

FOCUS ON UPPER BODY

I like doing Full Body 6-7 days a Week I guess I have to skip legs. I’m gonna annihilate my upper body

I’m currently feeling my muscles itching I’m not even recovered yet I’m still gonna workout today
While sore and destroyed muscles

If your only going gym for female appeal then i would say hitting legs hard is not worth the time invested although it will slighly increase you appeal, just make sure that if you bulk up then you should hit legs to avoid looking top heavy

Yea once I’m done cutting I’ll reduce cardio and increase leg training. Honestly I like doing legs I feel faster walking but fuck this soreness
 
I just do stationary biking for legs jfl
