It is, quite literally, the only way to live without dying or going insane.

I don't mean interpreting everything that happened as good, that's a recipe for disaster, but rather finding ways to not let the Ls you take and will keep on taking kill your hopes and dreams.

If you can't do that, then suicide really is a better course of action than contemplating it and not doing anything, hence why "street" people who've gone through a lot of hardship almost always tell you to kill yourself if you express feelings of depression around them. Also why normies avoid negative people like the plague.

About school it’s mostly that i’m worried if i’m able to graduate. On family life it’s also trauma

you'll have to work for your graduation, its one of those things where how hard you study and work determines the results.
based on your threads, you seem like a decently smart guy so i doubt that theres a rare case of the talentpill (where you'll never succeed no matter how hard you try)

take notes during class and spend 15 minutes a day revising what youve seen at school. for tests, study by writing and reading out loud until you know everything by heart. im pretty sure you'll be set for graduation.

the best way you can currently cope with your traumas is to deadass find a way to not think about them, i assume you live with your family and since theyre the cause of your traumas, you'll never be able to come to terms with it. you'll constantly be reminded of them.

hang out with other people, find some hobbies that you find interesting. that way, you wont always be thinking about negative shit

the worst thing you could do is go to therapy, that wont help unless youre lucky enough to find a good therapist. theyre usually vague and basically a scam.
