Okay, I was seeing that my face was different from how it was yesterday, I said to myself, okay, maybe it's because of the insomnia and having eaten little today, then I take off my sweatshirt and brutally it's there again just as I looked yesterday with the marked jaw and defined face

I don't know what the hell is wrong with me, I know I'm doing well and I know that sometimes when there are bad days I can look a little reduced, but it's crazy how just coming back to these forums can affect my imagination so much towards my appearance

I was away for 1 month and now that I'm back I feel really cold, this is really affecting my mind, I think my therapist is not so wrong at all
