I have a hour to 2 before the gym and currently I’m eating 6 bananas which comes to 140g carbs, what more should I add?
I need a lot of carbs bcs I got fb today and I might be PR’ing on all the 3 variables of SBD

I usually have kefir with oats and slices of bread with honey foe carbs

Bro you do not carbload 2 hours before the gym 60-70% of your carbs should be eaten before preworkout, you do want a fast digestion to not harm your performance. 6 bananas are fine but next time start earlier if you eat more. I always start carbloading 6-8 hours before the gym, so i can eat 500g carbs and have an empty stomach by the workout.

Why? I thought it's healthy. You can use milk or water instead of carbs
Randle cycle maxxing just have either carbs or fat at once never combine and if you do, only do it in small portions such as 20g fat 80 carbs and vice versa

I digest relatively faster compared to others, give or take 3 hours

You should rather eat carbs isolated from fats, and oats arent that good to be fair, they have like 60g of carbs on 100g, instead rice or pasta has 80g

Mirin the knowledge, I usually have 200g of uncooked rice 5 hrs before gym very good also before combat practice

Its not something you really feel, i mean i get you 1 hour after a meal i can mostly eat again, but nevertheless there will be still a lot lf blood in your digestive system
It’s not about feelings, I genuinely digest food faster

Skittles superior, as a pre workout (not reall) but most definitely as mid workout snack
I don’t recommend it when high body fat though but if u do just use the small packets

Nigga I’m finished my gym phase. I was autistically obsessed with gymcelling for 2 years and stopped after I realized it’s a cope and Goatis is right about everything. Most people quit gymcelling after they realize it’s a gay trend pushed by influencers and completely unnatural, plus pointless you’ll barely make gains without steroids.

How long have you been gymcelling for? I lifted for 2 years 6 days a week PPL and barely looked like I lift because natty gymcelling is pure cope. Every influencer is fake natty on steroids.

Name me your favourite gym influencer who inspired you to start lifting. Guess what? He’s on steroids and LARPs as natty :feelskek:
