I'm currently getting 7 hours of sleep a day should I stay like this or should I strive for more hours?

8.5-9.5 hours of sleep is optimal. Anything below or above this is not for your circadian rhythm and cognitive performance and literally anything else.

Tbh a wise man once said the quality of your sleep is much more than the quantity

I just started this week done 3 doses so far, dont think it is a liver toxicity side because test also makes me feel kinda high when i pin my prop every morning. Idk the anabolics just make me feel like a animal

10 lbs of glycogen in the muscles :lul: Cosmetic changes are definitely more then the strength increases. But yeah i look like a cartoon character

i personally say 9 to 10 is the best range anything above it makes you sluggish anything below makes your sleepy or tired i persoally sleep aveage 9 hr a day and its been the best decision and routine
