Your base isn't bad, you need blepharoplasty for eyelid asymmetry (might be another surgery, since I can't tell if its a case of exotropia), and genio or a chin implant. I still think if you go for a softer aesthetic, like old money or softboy, let your hair grow out, and lose some face fat can already make a good difference
