My legs are about 60% of my height but I want 50-52% legs because a longer torso looks great

Long torso make you look shorter. Maybe if you are 6'4 you can have a long torso and look good but if you are 5'10 with a long torso you will just look proportionaly bad.

Sure you look less tall but it's more masculine looking

What part of your body does 90 cm from ground up touch? I am 169 and it touches the pubes for me
